Trip history reports
Get all the facts! The web interface offers clear visualization of the vehicle’s every move. The vehicle’s dashboard allows visualization of many variables at the same time and a data filtration tool helps managers visualize specific driving information when using the vehicle/driver performance report. Data extraction is alsso available for specific analysis.
Fuel consumption
Also compatible with hybrid motors, the fuel consumption reports helps managers better understand fuel usage. Specific KPIs allow managers to identify exactly where the losses are. The report also generates fuel consumption and idling time averages for one or more vehicles for a specific timeframe. This feature allows to calculate fuel consumption due to idling, to monitor refueling time and quantity, to identify fuel overconsumption and to target fuel theft.
Vehicle/Driver behaviour
Configurable KPIs for driving behaviour helps managers constantly improve driver and passenger safety. Data extraction is available for specific analysis. Sharp turns, harsh braking, fast accelerations, high RPM and speeding with speed zone comparison are key elements taken into consideration to generate a score. Data analysis from the system highlights segments where driving was inappropriate.
BMS - Basic maintenance system
The BMS allows managers to automatically receive message trigs, either by SMS or email. This application is an essential asset that you can configure so it sends real-time alerts based on predefined parameters from the engine network (OBD2) or the multiplexed system itself.
Driver identification
Identify the driver in real time with our reader compatible with most secure RF access cards. This optional system allows to identify the driver on a given segment and protects your employees during their intervention period.
Geofencing
Geographic barriers can be defined by managers to determine areas in which vehicles can be in as well as forbidden zones. The system will automatically generate alerts when the vehicles exit the delimited zone or when they enter a forbidden one.
Geofence reports enable managers to, for a given vehicle; have a history of all the geofences it has been in and how much time was spent in each geofence. Conversely, for a given geofence, have a history of all the vehicles that were present and how much time was spent in that geofence.
When using the DiaLogTM system with the BMS application, alerts can be sent to the manager via email or SMS. It helps to improve employee management and ambulances operations and reduces intervention time.
